In 2016, MTC started providing fixed legal fees for all uncontested family law matters such as the Joint Petition, Will Drafting, Grant of Probate and other services (M-Family). Since 2016, our clients enjoyed affordable legal services in relation to family law matters and estate administration because of M-Family that combining reliable, speedy, effective, and affordability.

In 2017, MTC started providing fixed fees for our corporate and commercial services for start-ups and small medium enterprise (SME) (M-Business) as we know entrepreneurs and business owners need certainty in their legal spending. For most projects, we can quote you a fixed fee service upfront and stick to it.

In 2018, MTC started providing affordable Will Writing services for Malaysian senior citizens to ensure their assets are well protected by a valid Will as we understand there are many important reasons to have a Will. Unfortunately, there are a lot of senior citizens do not have written their Will. We learn that the main reasons why most of the adults in Malaysia especially senior citizen (60 years and above) do not have written a Will are attributed to two main reasons, i) lack of awareness about the benefits of having a Will ii) lack of financial ability. In order to effectively solve this problem, we provide Free Will Writing services to senior citizen as long as they are qualified under our Charity Program terms and conditions (M-Charity). As for to date, we have helped more than 100 senior citizens to prepare their Will.

In 2020, MTC has created a Procedure Management System on Will Writing (M-Will) to ensure it is prepared in accordance with all requirements of Wills Act 1959. The ultimate objective of this standardized process to ensure the authenticity of the Will prepared by Michael Tie & Co for our clients are always legally impeccable and significantly reduce the possibility of being challenged in court.

With MTC expending its legal firm in other states in the near future, MTC continues to make products accessible and affordable to more and more people, ultimately accelerating the process of adaption of the digital transformation of legal services in Malaysia, but when combined, they become even more powerful, which encourage transparency, accuracy, effectiveness, and affordability – that’s the future we want.
